I visit this busy shopping area once a month to get my hair cut at a nearby salon. Plenty of eating establishments around and this is near one of my favorites. Looked like a good spot for a cache. Heavy muggle area particularly on the weekends. Tried to find an 'out of the way' spot that was easy to get in and out of but stealth is still required particularly around the lunch hour. Marked several waypoints and this one seemed to be closest to the cache. Enjoy!
