Gold Nugget Traditional Cache
4wheelingirl: Have checked out this cache today and believe it to be missing. As I would soon have to archive it as the spot will no longer be the same with the removal of the goldpan I am not replacing it for a short time. Times change and I have to change with it.

North of Quesnel is a large monument reading "Gold Pan City" because of Quesnel's rich mining history and proximity to some popular heritage sights. North of Quesnel is Highway 26-The Heritage Highway. It is a driving route leading to a few of BC's oldest pioneer communities including Barkerville and Cottonwood Heritage Sites, plus the community of Wells, BC.
To drive to this cache turn onto Highway 26 and park at picnic area. There is also parking off Highway 97 near the weigh scales.
