Geocache Description:

Bellefontaine Conservation Area Park 'n Grab
Congratulations to N0WNV on FTF!

This is an easy nano just about 6 feet from the edge of the pavement. Plenty of paved parking and a level easy walk across mowed grass - no bushwhacking involved! The Bellefontaine Conservation Area is a great place for birdwatching, fishing, walking, biking, hiking, kite flying or just sit under the picnic shelter to eat a sandwich & read on your lunchhour. There are unexpectedly good views of downtown & the Arch from here. The area is sometimes used for school field trips or Conservation Dept educational programs, even some locals who fish at the northernmost pond. You may encounter muggles but the area is truly a hidden gem that doesn't get much traffic. The birds love it here because its so quiet. I hope you love it too. There is a 2nd cache here also if you want a bit more of a challenge.
Many thanks to Tom Leifield for a special use permit to place this cache on Conservation Dept property.
The area is open during daylight hours only.
Its a nano so bring your own pencil and be careful to return the container exactly where you found it. Thanks! Have fun! And please, let me know what you think of this conservation area and this hide.
