This cache is a small tupperware along the Ford Canyon trail. It
has a few small trade items to start it out.
This cache was container used to be the last in the series "to beg
for forgiveness". We brought an ammo can for a new hide while we
performed maintenance on others and we noticed the container had a
small crack, easily fixed with a stylish geocaching sticker :) As
far out as the cache is we replaced it with the ammo can. We filled
in a gap at the near beginning of the series with the old
container. We will probably eventually replace it, but that can be
done much easier in it's new home! All we can afFord is a series of
caches along the Ford Canyon trail through the White Tanks Mountain
preserve. There are very few caches in this area and we really
enjoyed this hike. We were inspired by the Boy Scout troop cache in
this area and of course our current economic downturn. The Arizona
parks services says officially on their website that they have no
problems with caches in their parks and we confirmed this while
placing, but we do need to follow guidelines for the park. We as
cachers are confident that our fellow cachers will not only follow
regulations, but help clean up, so please practice CITO.
