Boundary Falls is located on Boundary Creek, between Greenwood and Midway. Take a short easy walk to see a nice waterfall and remains of the old mining railway.
Some people do camp in the area throughout the summer. Be VERY CAREFUL WITH CHILDREN around the cache site. It is VERY STEEP a few metres from the cache, but there is no need to go to the edge to find this cache.
Turn off the highway at N49 02.372 and W118 42.345. Even motorhomes and trailers can pull off here. You can park just off the highway (recreational vehicles and also good parking for two other caches -- GC25QR2 and GC25QRK), or if driving a car, or the like, you can follow the road in to N49 02.315 and W118 42.348. There is room to turn around here and the trailhead to walk in starts here. Follow the trail all the way to the cache. You can't see the falls from the cache (intentional to hopefully keep from being muggled).
To view the falls, just go a few more metres to N49 02.274 and W118 42.470, where a steep trail heads down. No need to go down the trail, although better photo ops may be available there.
You are looking for a camo'd pirate like container (tobacco can)! Enjoy the cache and the views.
A FTF prize awaits for perhaps your own history related or vista hide.
