This cache is hidden at an old elementary school which was closed years ago. Because of a decline in student population, Evans Elementary was shut down and the kids were sent to other schools throughout the Forrest City School District. The building has seen better days, but there are hopes in one day it being used again.
You will not have to go anywhere near the building.
The cache should be an easy PNG. You are looking for a camouflaged pill bottle.
Muggles shouldn't be a problem, but watch for traffic muggles.
