The 17th Hampshire midweek event -
Wednesday 12th May 2010.

Your hosts for the evening will be Liz and Al (Mogwai Liz & King Minger) who will be in attendance from about 1830.
Traditional pub food is available from 12noon to 9pm.
Empress of Blandings is located in Copythorne on the edge of New Forest. Easily accessible, being just off Junction 2 of the M27,
Pub facilities include: Beer Garden, Patio Area, Giant Heated Umbrella, Wheelchair Access, Easy Access Toilet and Baby Changing Facility, Children Welcome, Dogs Welcome outside & in an area of the bar, Extensive Car Parking, Disabled Car Parking, Debit & Credit Cards accepted (not American Express or Diners Club).
We have reserved an area of several tables, under the name 'Geocaching'. The manager, Rod, does not need us to pre-order but would like me to confirm approximately how many people will be attending/eating, so if you could indicate in your log how many will be eating, I will advise him.
We have set 2 new caches in the area: Within walking distance of the pub - GC27CPY (already live),
A short drive away - GC28CJE (to be published on the evening of the event).
As is now traditional, the red ammo box will hopefully be available for swapping and discovering Geocoins and Travel Bugs.
If you have not been to an event cache, and have the chance to meet other cachers and swap/discover trackables and caching stories, please come along. All are welcome, we look forward to seeing you. Due to the westerly location, it would be nice to see some cachers from Wiltshire and Dorset across the border.
