Located In Sage town at The Scottsboro Heritage center

Sheriff Harbin was sheriff in the 1800's in Jackson co. al. He disappered one day while on patrol and has never been heard of again. Some people say that his badge can be found in Sage town. While his spirit is still on patrol here.
