Geocache Description:

This is the third Bugapalooza travel bug geocache. The first two were Bugapalooza (GCYY09) and Bugapalooza 2008 (GC18F32).

Although in the same general area, all three Bugapaloozas have been hidden differently at different spots, and therefore they are different listings.

This is a geocache intended for the housing and trade of Travel Bugs, Geocoins, and other trackable items.

This cache was made to be found. It is easy to get to and easy for geocachers to find. It is located in close proximity to the James M. Cox Dayton International Airport (DAY). It is located within ten minutes of both I-70 and I-75. It is located near the street and should be findable within a few minutes of arriving there. There is not a lot of public traffic through here, however geocachers still need to be wary of potential muggles. It is a great location for a travel bug cache. The past Bugapaloozas have been very successful hides for bug movement in this area. This geocache continues the local tradition.

Please try to trade evenly if you can. Take a bug, leave a bug, take two, leave two, etc. Although not a rule, it is nice etiquette, so that there will always be at least one or two bugs in the cache, and so when people visit, they won't be faced with an empty can. But at the same time, don't think that your hand is gonna get cut off if you take a bug that has been in there for a month and you don't have another bug to trade. Take the bug. And don't get wrapped up in a debate of the topic - that's what the forums are for. Just use common sense.

It is desirable to keep the contents limited to items that it is designed for, that is, Travel Bugs, Geocoins, and trackables. Signature items are okay. But filling the cache with other standard swag (McDonalds toys, Play-Doh, etc.) sort of clutters the cache and takes away from the intent of the cache.

The FTF is graced with a bona-fide Village People 8-Track tape (in the original Columbia House packaging). Tracks include the blockbuster hits "In The Navy" and "Go West".

I hope you enjoy it.

Congratulations to BnPSmo for hitting find number 1000 at this geocache! 1000 is one of the biggest milestones. I'm honored you made it this one.
