10X10 Challenge -Turtle in the Woods Multi-Cache

This is a two-stage multi. The turtle was being held by "Quiet Tim" and the band of friendly cachers from the Salem/Keizer area, and was freed from the clutches of Raffle along with the turtle's treasure. To find Saga the turtle, and Saga's hidden treasure, first locate Saga then rub the belly of the turtle to reveal the location of the treasure. The journey has dangers, with steep and slippery trails and certain paths that have barbs and thorns along with some poison oak, but choose the right path and you will be rewarded with the treasure. For the FTF, there is a turtle non-activated geo tag ALL 10 OF THESE CACHES WILL REMAIN ACTIVE AFTER THE EVENT.
