IzzyIsaac: I am archiving this cache since the property developement has changed a bit. The location and view is still there for the brave, yet no cache. I will move this cache a couple miles down the road off of Wiley Oakley and leave the current travel bug in it so it may continue is travels. Thanks for all that located this cache.

Geocache Description:

Less than an hour
A sedan CAN make it all the way
-If raining, may have to walk the last 50yards
Follow the gravel road
Stay RIGHT at the pond
Your going UP!

This is a road leading up to a cell phone tower I am guessing. Somebody cleared out a few tree's and made it a beautiful overlook of Pigeon Forge(especially at night). Where the road on your GPS ends, just go right at the pond and follow the gravel all the way UP the hill. If your bold enough you can drive all the way up to about 30ft away from the actual cache. It is in a clear watertight container. Should be a logbook and pen available. Once up there, you will see why we call it Stump Tower. Bring a blanket or chair and enjoy the view for a while!
