This cache is located along a fun little trail in the El Modena Open Space in Orange. Bring a pen and sturdy shoes.
I tracked down an interesting cache recently that got me wondering if I could create the same kind of camouflage. So, with a hammer and cold chisel and a couple of quarts of elbow grease, I cranked out a reasonable facsimile. You are looking for a match stick holder disguised with natural materials.
The cache is located along a narrow trail running next to a fence on the eastern edge of the El Modena Open Space in Orange. Getting to the cache requires a little shoe leather. The trail is somewhat rocky in places.
I suggest parking along Creekside at Cannon. Walk up the asphalt path to the trailhead at N 33 47.639 W117 47.573.
