The cache is located along the Perry N. Rudnick Nature Trail at the
UNCA Kellogg Center. (Which all seems related to The Center for
Craft, Creativity and Design in some way.) Along the trail are a
number of informational signs and a few works of art. Though the
nature trail is open during daylight hours, the indoor gallery is
open only from 1:00-5:00 pm Tuesday through Saturday. See
The Sharp-en-er Image (GCYXJ5) for the coordinates to the
Kellogg Center entrance and the trailhead.
Since this cache is located very close to a public road it would
be easier and quicker for cachers to park along the road and zip in
and out. But the folks at the UNCA Kellogg Center do NOT want
cachers to do this! Please park at the Kellogg Center and
utilize the trails to find this cache. Should cachers be seen
approaching the cache from the road rather than from the trails all
four caches at the Kellogg Center will be archived. Please follow
the rules!
You are looking for a large rectangular Lock&Lock container
a few yards from one of the trails. This used to be my
Breakfast Cereals cache, but as it had an Additional Logging
Requirement -- no longer legal -- I had to archive it. Enjoy!
