The loose affiliation of geocachers in western North Carolina adopted a one-mile stretch of the Swannanoa River back in May 2008. We have participated in three river clean-ups since then, with our fourth scheduled for April 24, 2010. I know that some folks think this is a little sketchy but anyone participating in a CITO event here will be allowed to log the cache an extra time.
This used to be my CITO Attendee cache, but as it had an Additional Logging Requirement -- no longer legal -- I had to archive it. You are looking for something magnetic. Enjoy!
