A Fun filled Event

The weather cleared up and we had a fun filled Event with a dozen of people. Two guests were keen to join the Geocaching family.

The treasure hunt had a cross section of cache types found in the game from nano caches to regular and the sneaky ones. Twelve points had to be visited in order to get the coordinates of the final stage. The prize was a ready “regular cache” (ammo box) complete with logbook, pencil, trinkets and a GPSr !

There was a fair competition and within the given two hours a team found the final cache and could redeem the big prize. At the end the celebration cake made by Shellnz was officially cut and shared.

Thank you to all, guests and helpers who helped to make this event a joyful and successful event. The question when is the next one? is the best compliment we could get!
