Suspicious Group Sought for Questioning

Tamarac, Fla. (MP) — A local group in the Broward County area are wanted for questioning for suspicious behavior. Each individual is known as a geocacher and it is still not clear who is the leader of the organization. They are pretty easy to spot, rummaging through bushes, pretending to inspect guardrails, ducking behind trees to avoid detection, feeling up soda machines, or even shining flashlights on dirty, old tree stumps.
Just last night a few were spotted organizing by a Coral Springs newsstand in search of Lucky Day? cache believed to be hidden by SPaws. After an unsuccessful search it is believed that one individual (part of a group known as SoFlFamily), may have tampered, added, removed or somehow hid one of their secretive caches at the above coordinates. We believe he arrived late at night, used the sole parking space, and diverted suspicion by acting as a normal patron. The cache is not believed to be magnetic in nature, nor do we believe it to be in a conventional container. Investigators scoured the area till the early morning but were unable to locate the "cache". We need the help of the geocaching community to come forward, find this cache and return it to our forensics laboratory for examination. Immunity will be granted to those assisting in the investigation.
We urge our readers to contact authorities immediately if a cacher is spotted in your area. Do not, we repeat, do not try to apprehend the individual on your own as it is suspected that there may be more cachers in the immediate area. We believe where there is one there are many. It is also believed they have an elaborate and sophisticated communications system.
We suspect for this particular cache, you may need the entire arsenal in your geobag. It has not yet been confirmed whether tweezers will be required, but we are fairly certain the cache does not include any writing utensil. There have been rumors that the cache has been built with a back up log in case the original is damaged. From our investigation, we have noted that a cache like this has not been seen in Broward County, which is why it is imperative we retrieve it.
Update.... Thanks to the efforts of local authorities and the assistance of SPaws, this cache has finally been identified. We believe that the cache is in no way disruptive to the community; so it has been decided to leave it alone.
