Bike Trail #12 Traditional Cache

Grab your bike or walking shoes to access this series of caches along the WV 9 bike trail.
With this section of Route 9 still closed, this is a very quiet and nice bike ride. There are some hills but they are gentle and rolling. We sure enjoyed placing these caches.
The cache numbers and descriptions are from Martinsburg - heading towards Charles Town.
This series of caches is located on the new bike path, which is still under construction in some parts, and is adjacent to the new and improved WV 9. The construction of this path is planned for the entire 10-mile section of Route 9 between Martinsburg and the Virginia line. It will be several years before we see the entire project completed.
Parking to this cache can be accessed by turning off Route 9 onto the Opequon Connector Road. There is parking for 1-2 cars at the bike intersection.
There is also parking at the intersection of the new Rt. 9 and Short Road. I do not have those coords listed.
This cache is in plain view, no need to move a thing to find this cache.
