A short walk from Heaven's Way.
Heaven's Way is a short road that leads down to a church (Go figure?!) off of Highway 13. As muggle traffic will vary greatly depending on traffic to and from the church, this cache should probably be hunted when they aren't holding church (Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings).
There is a small "quarry" at the end of the road (assuming you don't turn into the church lot) that makes a good place to turn around. If you park your vehicle on the North (closest to the hill) side of Heaven's way, a few hundred feet from Highway 13, you will see a gentle open area that serves as a bit of a natural trail through the rocks and trees. There is usually very little traffic on Heaven's way.
You can bushwack your way straight to the cache, or use the more open areas to zig zag your way up the moderate slope to the cache.
Depending on recent weather, be on the lookout for wet ground as well as a few ticks. You just may see a few deer tracks as well!
