Geocache Description:


I have placed this cache in honor of my Dad, Roy Barr, (1916-1969) who served as Fire Chief of the Marianna Volunteer Fire Department for many years. I also placed this cache in honor of the good volunteers who serve in fire departments in small towns all across this country.  They receive no pay, and often no recognition for their time and dedication to ensure the safety of their residents. 

This cache has been placed with the permission of the Marianna Fire Department.
