Geocache Description:

A camo-d micro cache, too small for tradeables. Please bring your own writing implement.

Welcome to a quiet and often overlooked piece of Royal Naval Dockyard history.

Here you will find a colourful collection of ships crests and emblems painted on the walls and buildings.

A tradition in Bermuda dating back to the 1950’s and earlier, the crests and emblems represent ship visits from all over the world. Over 220 ships have partaken in the ritual, although only a few Crests remain today.

If you arrived by cruise ship, this cache is a 10-20 minute walk from the ship terminal (depending on heat and humidity). As you follow your GPS, take the road closest to the ocean. Bring drinking water! It gets hot here!

**TO REDUCE THE CHANCE OF BEING MUGGLED, PLEASE PUT THE CACHE BACK IN THE SAME POSITION IT WAS FOUND. IT SHOULD NOT BE VISABLE TO SOMEONE STANDING NEARBY. THANKS!******

**CONGRATS TO DAVETEC FOR FTF!!**
