Geocache Description:

A series of caches which will take you on a walking tour around the picturesque village of Biddestone lasting around 2 hours. The route is designed to allow for a visit to the village pub before, during or after the series. The caches are all shapes and sizes. Please ignore the bonus clues on some of the cache logs as we unfortunately had to archive the original bonus cache. Watch out for black and tabby cats along your route. You never know who might be on the prowl in Biddestone!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If you are doing this after No.3 in the series then we recommend crossing the sports fields to join the footpath at the kissing gate at N 51° 27.785 W 002° 11.850. Watch out for balls of various sizes! The 4th cache can be found in what we commonly refer to as the "Jubilee Field", where, in 2002, the whole village held a party to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II. If you are heading towards No.5 in the series walk around the back (north side) of the farm. The route is not obvious at first. You may have to negotiate some mud and an electric fence but you should soon see a stile in the field from where you can pick up the footpath heading south-east through the fields. You may see some interesting and unusual sights along this footpath.......
