Geocache Description:

A small lock-n-lock in a traditional hiding spot.

This cache was originally placed by emilierene and graciously adopted by haloedversionls. It was a pleasure knowing and caching with you, emilierene. I wish you grand adventures on the West Coast! This cache will remain active as you left it in honor of all you have done for the local geocaching community; you have been like a sister to us all.

Did you know that Altoona's sister city is St. Pölten in Austria? The relationship was established in 2000. There are several signs in the city of Altoona regarding this fact and I wanted to bring people to one of them so that everyone becomes aware of the connection. St. Pölten is the capital city of the Austrian State of Lower Austria. It is Lower Austria's largest city. Check out the related web page link on this page to learn more about the city of St. Pölten (you may need to use a translation program to understand the page).

Sister cities are cooperative agreements between cities in geographically and politically distinct areas to promote cultural and commercial ties.

If you have any problems, comments, questions or need help with a puzzle or finding a cache, please feel free to contact me through my profile. I love to hear from cachers and like to see 'found it' logs on my caches.
