Traditional cache near the Malha Mall in Jerusalem.
Ok, maybe it isn’t really marvelous, but it is quite big by Israeli standards. The mall, also known as Jerusalem Mall (Kanyon Yerushalayim), is located in the southwestern part of Jerusalem, not far from Teddy Stadium. The mall opened in 1993; it has some 260 stores on three levels. My wife is especially pleased about the H&M that opened in March 2010, and judging by the traffic in the store she isn’t the only person pleased to have the Swedes move into the neighborhood.
My wife and I enjoy going on our deck to watch the “action” at the mall when it opens up after Shabbat (Saturday evening). Crazy busy…. Honk, Honk! :)
The cache is located not far from the mall, somewhat away from the snooping security folks and the flow of humanity, though certainly close enough to log it quickly during a visit to the mall.
