Geocache Description:

We placed this cache in Keremeos just outside of the Historic Grist Mill, where we were married on December 20, 1997. We decided it would be fun to hide a cache as a reminder of the day when we were hitched. It is an interesting place to visit and a popular place for locals to get married. I recommend a tour through the Mill if you attempt the cache during the tourist season. For more information about the mill visit (visit link)

We have done a few really cool geocaches in the area including Hanging Rock GC231KC and the Keremeos Columns GCX43X. But . . . we feel like Keremeos is still lacking in caches (yes local cachers this is a little challenge) which is one of the reasons we decided to hide a cache here.

The cache is an unconventional custom container, a common symbol for a spouse :) Please rehide carefully, as this can be a busy area in the summer months. Please stay out of the gardens, you don't need to go into them to find the cache. The cache can hold small trackables or small trade items.
FTF- unactivated coin

Congratulations kaasi for the FTF and your 1st ever FTF! Cache on.
