Eagles Nest Traditional Cache

This is a rare find. There is an Eagle's nest on the ground that has fallen from a snapped off tree. Please do not touch it or remove any sticks from it. Please leave it for others to enjoy. Look upward while you're here, the eagle still lives in the area and can be seen quite often.
We've been in the area since 2000 and it took us four years to find the eagles nest. In 2008 a storm passed through that snapped the top of the tree where the nest was and brought the top of the tree and the nest to the ground. The eagle is still in the area though and we so enjoy watching him over the lake. We are on the lookout for his new home but haven't found it yet. We're hopeful that people will enjoy seeing the nest without disturbing it.
