Rated this a 2 just because of the extreme stealth required in this parking lot. Also this is a heavy skirt.

If I were doing this cache, I'd park along side it and do it quickly. Please exercise extreme stealth.

I remember when the only thing east of the tracks on this road was a Dairy Queen. Crazy!
