Cache is located adjacent to what could possibly be the world's shortest dead end...a piece of concrete used for local services to keep vehicles off High School Rd. Best to cache after 5pm on weekdays and anytime on the weekends, considering the potential for extremely high volume of muggles from the nearby businesses during the normal workday. No reason to give the hiding spot away if we don't have to!
