**** Update: 5/1/10... The Slug Bug is MIA!!! That was short lived! :-( After looking at it everyday as we passed by for a couple of years, it is now gone! The people where the slug bug was living are either cleaning up their yard or moving. So this will now turn into a memorial cache for the cute little slug bug that was here. I hope that where ever it went, it will have a good home and someone will love it and fix it up someday. I wish I would have taken a picture of it... Oh well, may the cache live on!!!
We drive by this location almost everyday. Since we play the Slug Bug game every time we are in the car, this is one of the locations that we know we will see one... A sad little bug. Hopefully someday it will be put back together and run.
This location is close to the road, so watch the kids, or better yet, let the grownups grab this one while the kids wait on the nearby sidewalk. There is an area to park to make this quick grab. Bring a writing tool
