Annual State Event
This year we are doing a pot luck so bring your specialty.
Meet and Greet starts at 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Lunch and Drawings 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
WAG meeting 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Adult Activity 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Please contact Rex Winkler (Wyohunter) if you would like to help hide caches for the event we are going to request caches not be published until the day of the event.
Kids games we need at least one parent or grandparent from each family to help rotate supervision during the meeting. For Volley ball, badminton and basketball
Please keep an eye on the event as it is being developed. We are working on getting discounts at local motels and KOA. We have also arraigned for the Wagon Wheel motel in ft Bridger, The are offering us $10 off per room but me we have to mention we are with the state event for geocaching and we will automatically receive the discount.
I have been around and with help have arranged for some discounts at the KOA, Gateway Motel, Country Cabins Inn and the Fort Bridger Wagon Wheel Motel.
To receive the discount you must tell them you are with the State Geo-caching Event.
