Baa-aaa-aaa! You don't need to go to the posted coords- though Wooley Street is a nice vantage point overlooking the Wooley's bay, farmland & woolshed. During summer holidays, it seems more people tend to flock in the adjacent paddock than sheep!
I've been HANKering to make another TWISTed puzzle... What could be WORSTED?! One full of terrible puns! which I doubt will leave you in STITCHES but perhaps my trial ( & Errors) will; this was my 1st attempt at 2 colour-strand knitting and also the 1st pattern I've ever written, so thought a test-knit was in order to be sure it was OK... well- it came out in mirror image! now I know to start from the bottom up - duh! what a knitwit
WOOL the unfound cache status be enough to NEEDLE you into Knitting the solution, or is that aSKEINg too much? Perhaps you'd be tempted to take up the challenge if I PLY you with promises of a bountiful, treasure filled cache? but beware, I could just be SPINNING a YARN!
Is your brow KNIT in confusion? Don't get UNRAVELED! You could sWATCH a knitty friend to learn the basics, try RIBBING them (or bribery)to get them to do the knitting for you, or consult the PURL of knowledge (Google). You may find a way to extract the coordinates without actually knitting the solution- but bonus points to those who complete the intended project to find the cache.
There is a special prize for the 1st to knit & find (or for their knitting aide)
Please do post pics of your knitting- but be sure to hide/cover the decimal digits thus avoiding spoilers
The cache is an old "Clickclack" spaghetti container ( was hoping to home unwanted needles, but it is just shy of 10" (25cm) so will only take shorties) On placement contains: pen, logbook, special 1st to Knit&Find prize, ball of yarn, circular needles & a few other trinkets...> The cache was replaced with a small themed container (December 2017)
ARAN you glad we're cABLE to include Geocheckers? I can GAUGE your progress there, and you will receive an extra hint for GZ when you enter the correct coordinates, before BINDING OFF to hunt the cache. As always, remember to sWATCH out for muggles!
Follow the instructions below & have a BALL!

Bind off & find the cache!
Please note! I have not changed the knitting, so after getting the coordinates & " green tick" you must do some final maths ( also shown in geochecker) to get the current GZ. From your knitted solution, you must subtract 97 from the South coordinates & subtract 352 from the East coordinates to get the final current GZ ( moved due to mugglings at original location)
