Between the Northern Illinois University Continuing Education Center and the Sears Centre, the cache is near a walking/jogging path featuring tall grasses, wildflowers and bridges.
After making the find, enjoy a leisurely stroll around the pond, perhaps you will see the water cannon in action.
The cache is a small (6”x4”x2”) lock tight plastic container covered with camouflage tape. Initial contents included clip compass, whistle/light compass and a TB. Be sure to wave to the northeast when you make the find – I’ll be watching!
