You got to pay the toll to get the b- I mean, the cache!
TV references aside, this cache is located near Graydon Day Park, you won't need to pay or pass a swimming test to find it!
The container is a black Otter and contains a notebook, a playing card, a fake flower, and a pen.
Be careful when extracting, though it shouldn't be too hard!
Please leave your toll fare when finding the cache. Doesn't matter if it's a penny, a Canadian quarter, an Icelandic krona, Monopoly money ... just be sure to pay the troll toll.
FTF get's the $10 EMS card - also, brownie points to whomever gets the reference.
