This event is coordinated to be part of the seventh bi-annual WWFM
(World Wide Flash Mob) event Saturday, May 15, 2010 at 1:00pm.
Synchronized with other events like this worldwide.
Keep your eyes peeled for updates. I will post more as the time
gets closer including our schedule. flash mob (FLASH mawb) n. A
large group of people who assemble suddenly in a public place,
perform something unusual for a brief period of time, and then
quickly disperse. --v., --adj.
This Event is only 15 MINUTES long!!
You MUST be present and drop a piece of paper with your name on it
into the log during this time period to claim the event. Bring a
little gift for Signal and we will raffle them off during the
event. Please post if you plan on bringing little ones and their
ages and I will make sure there is something in the raffle for
them.
UPDATES April 20: I have placed my order for the official
Flash Mob Coin. It should arrive in time for the event and will be
one of the raffle prizes. I also have an additional unactivated
coin from a previous PA event up for raffle. So far I have 1 young
girl attending. Please if kiddos will be attending shoot an e-mail
or post a will attend.
May 8: Ok so here's our schedule
1:00 p.m.Converge at GZ - Pick up registration card, bug swap and chat
1:08p.m. Birthday cake & Happy Birthday song
1:10 p.m. Raffle
1:13p.m. Group photo
1:15 p.m. Event concludes
I will have a bucket foryou to drop your registration/raffle card into. Please bring a pen. Parking can be hard to come by near GZ. There is a garage right
around the corner next to the theatre.
