The Westwood Hills are located in a heavily wooded area in west Napa. The cows are out and about, but as the name of this cache says, “Not on this side of the park”.
The paths can be steep at times, but are manageable. When you are near the top of the trail, you can take a rest on a wooden bench and admire the view of Napa. My 12-year-old son told me that it’s the most beautiful place in an urban area, ever!
While sitting on the bench (with no back rest) be encouraged because the cache is not too far up ahead (north of bench) and it is right off the trail, so use caution and don't get caught! ;)
Parking is free. Dogs are welcome in this park, but must be kept on leash due to the wildlife in the area: cows, deer, squirrels, etc.

*** I guess that there are no cows on this side of the park in the spring, but during the summer they leave cow patties EVERYWHERE!!! Watch your step...even on this side of the park :) ***
