Its the end of the 2010 school year so lets get together and have some fun this is the first of 3 events going on this weekend
are you or any fellow cachers in your party graduating this year from college high school kindergarten preschool let me know so we can recognize them during the party
if you would like to campout in a tent or rv please let me know so i can get you a spot reserved at the group spot we have arranged the campsite is where the saturday event will be located camping is 10.00 wy residents and 15.00 non resident i paid for the entire campground so this will be paid directly to me so i need to know what days your staying also so i can reserve your spot
please let me know how many in your party plan on attending so we know what we need for refreshments
also if you can be on a panel for quistions for the new cachers durring the chat and would be willing to help with that please let us know in your post as well

We will have a meet and greet this will be a time get to just hang out mingle with other cachers have fun

Geo chat ask quistions and get answers for those that want to know about the sport or that are new to the sport this is where to find out your information

we will do some night caching plant one or just go find some

just hang out and party there will be refreshments there but feel free to bring snacks to share
by 10:00 need to be cleaned up and off to the camping and/or hotels until tomorrows event.
