Cliff Hanger Traditional Cache

This is located at a good viewpoint over the Reservoir. We approached this cache from a trail at 515.
The containter is a regular sized plastic container that is spray painted black. The cache is located on Newark Water Shed Property and requires a hiking permit which you can pick up at the Echo Lake office.This office is only a short distance from rt 23 northbound side off the Echo Lake Road exit. With this yearly permit you can also explore and hike other designated Water Shed properties which also have more Geocaching hides to go looking for.
