Geocache Description:

The above coordinates are to a covered picnic area near the Discovery Center I will "attempt" to have for this event. The city will not reserve spots during Memorial Day weekend and all locations are on a first come first serve basis. I will try to arrive early enough to secure this location. If another group beats me to it, I will post the new coordinates on a sign and have it at this location to get everyone to an alternate spot in Medi-Park.

Travel Bugs to the Caribbean
and Cacher Picnic

Would you like to get a travel bug or geocoin out of the country? My wife and I will be heading to New York during the beginning of June to take an East Caribbean cruise to St. Thomas, Puerto Rico, Bermuda and Grand Turk. I would be happy to take any cacher's travel bugs along for the ride to log miles or to be dropped off in any of the cache's I find that can accommodate them. I will be geocaching in New York as well as on each of the Islands.

If anyone is interested in having your "bugs" accompany me as stowaways or if you just want to come and join like minded folks who enjoy geocaching, please post a note and join me for a picnic at Medi Park near the Discovery Center at the listed coordinates at 12:30pm on May 29th (weather permitting). We will be having Mexican Pile-On.

DON'T FORGET YOUR LAWN CHAIRS....
Feel free to bring any frisbees, croquet, horseshoes, fishing equipment (kids fish free), etc.

Please log a note if you can bring any of the items in the below list.
