This cache is dedicated to our geocaching friends - Murfster and RubberDucks. Over the past few years, they collaborated on two different excellent caches on the scoop tram located near the location of this cache.
This location is a rest stop at the junction of Hwys 17 and 614, with an interpretive display about Manitouwadge, along with some retired mining equipment. Please take a while and read the very informative display about the past and present forestry and mining industry in Manitouwadge.
This cache is not located on the Scoop Tram but near-by.
The cache is a micro with a couple of magnets attached to it.
PS: There is only a log sheet so take a pencil.
