O tomto meste a jeho historii bylo jiz mnoho napsano a nekolik kesi vas jim a jeho pamatkami provede /napr. CGC01, GCKT4V, GC1EG5E, GCZY4T, GC1PF5G/. Ja vam chci predstavit nekolik mene znamych, spise zapomenutych, pamatek.
Prvni z nich, a to nejvice zachovalou, je hrbitovni kostel sv. Václava. Puvodne goticky kostelik je situovan jizne od centra mesta a poprve pripominan v r. 1399.V r. 1457 byli do kostela uvedeni frantiskani, po jejich brzkem odchodu nebyl kostel plne vyuzivan a chatral. Az v r. 1606 byl obnoven jezuity, ale jiz v r. 1618 byl vyplenen a vypalen Dampierovymi vojaky pri oblehani mesta. Obnoveny kostel byl vracen bohosluzbam v r. 1621 na sv.Vaclava. V r. 1801 neunikl nicivemu pozaru, pouze hodnotny, zebrove sklenuty goticky presbytar preckal tento pozar. V r. 1816 byl znovu obnoven a jeho podoba se zachovala do soucasnosti. Posledni komplexni oprava probehla v r. 1991. Zajimavou zustava socha sv.Vaclava z roku 1647, nekolik nahrobku s figuralnimi reliefy – nejstarsi je ze 16. stoleti, prilehla ctyrboka vez a otevrena kaple s nastennymi malbami. Prilehly hrbitov byl vyuzivan az do 20.stoleti.
V dobe msi a cirkevnich svatku je kostelik pristupny verejnosti.

Byvaly spitalni kostel sv.Alzbety je mensi objekt pobliz Vajgarskeho mostu. Byl postaven v letech 1399 až 1415, nekolikrat byl stavebne a koncepcne prehodnocen a v 15.stoleti prestaven na goticky kostel. V r.1618 vyhorel, potom byl upraven v baroknim slohu, ale v r.1773 byl znovu znicen pozarem. V r.1992 se stal soukromym majetkem, byl prestaven na maly hotel a restauraci. V soucasne dobe je uzavreny a chatra.

Navsteva techto dvou pamatek neni povinna
a pro nalez kese nutna.
Pro vas nejdulezitejsi je kostel sv.Jakuba, ke kteremu vas privedou uvodni souradnice. Kostelik byl po dlouhou dobu dominantou navrsi parku nad rekou Nezarkou v severni casti mesta. Po zalozeni lesoparku se bohuzel ztratil mezi vzrostlymi stromy. Puvodne goticky kostelik se koncem 18.stoleti stal skladistem strelneho prachu hradecke vojenske posadky. V polovine 19.stoleti byla stavba strzena a na jejim miste byl vystaven kostel v novogotickem slohu. V te dobe pod nim nechal hrabe Cernin zbudovat rodinnou hrobku. Od poloviny 20.stoleti neni objekt udrzovan a v soucasne dobe je pomerne zchatraly, hlavne uvnitr a neni verejnosti pristupny. Smerem ke kosteliku vede z mesta krizova cesta ze 16.stoleti, ale v soucasnosti jednotlive kaplicky také pozvolna chatraji.
Po odlovu se muzete v blizkosti kostelika posadit na lavicku a pokochat se pohledem na pekne okoli, i deti se zde mohou vydovadet, pouze obcerstvovaci stanice zde chybi.

About the city and its history has been much written /for example caches CGC01, GCKT4V, GC1EG5E, GCZY4T, C1PF5G/. I want to show you several less known sights.
One of them is the cemetery church of St.Wenceslas. Located south of downtown is a gotic and first mention of it is in the 1399. The last full repair was only in 1991. Interest is the statue of St.Wenceslas in 1647, several gravestones with figural reliefs and an adjacent four-sided tower and an open chapel with frescoes from the 19th century. Is open only during Mass and church celebrations.

Former hospital church sv.Elisabeth is smaller object near Vajgars' bridge. It was
built between 1399 - 1415 in the gotic style and later it was adapted into the baroque
style. In 1991 it became private property, converted into a hotel and restaurant. Currently closed and falling into disrepair.

For us the most important the church St.James is. The home coordinates bring you here. Church has long been dominated by the hill of a park above the river Nezarka in the northern part of town. After establishing the park, unfortunately, it lost between growing trees. At the end of the 18th century Hradec garrison began to use this gothic church as gunpowder store. In the mid-19th century church was demolished and in its place a new church was built in new-gothic style. At the time count Czernin had built a family tomb underneath. Since the mid-20th century the building is not maintained and at present is unfortunately quite decrepit. But its surroundings are pleasant, nice view of the region and kids will surely enjoy. Unfortunately refreshment station is missing here.
