Violet Beauregarde was the third of the five children to find one of Willy Wonka's elusive Golden Tickets, and the second to be kicked off the tour. Wonka invented a gum that contained a three-course dinner consisting of tomato soup, roast beef and blueberry pie. He tells Violet not to chew it because it is not ready for human consumption. Violet argues that and begins chewing it anyway. However, the blueberry pie stage is defective and causes Violet to turn blue, from her hair to her tracksuit. She then expands into a giant blueberry. Wonka tells the Oompa Loompas to roll her to the juicing room to extract the blueberry juice immediately. Wonka tells her father..."It happens every time! They all become blueberries."
You won't be seeing any Oompa Loompas on this hunt though. If you did, they would be under the water. This cache is definitely not for small children. The water can become very deep along with a very muddy bottom. The blueberry bushes that inhabit this 40 acre field are growing everywhere. You have to be careful or your feet will become tangled in the bushes that are underwater. This cache is for the adventurous ones and those who love to get wet. This is my first hide and I hope it is one you will enjoy. I do warn you that it is definitely challenging and I assume no risk of anyone drowning or turning into a Blueberry!!!
Enter at your own risk and have fun. The log is on waterproof paper and you might want to bring your own pen. There is room in the cache for a couple of travel bugs.
Enough off road parking for 2-3 automobiles on Steamboat Island Road.
If you find a Wonka Bar along the way, check for a golden ticket!!!
