This is a slice of local history with ample parking. It will be a short walk to ground zero over level terrain. There is a marker here that reveals some history about the bridge which was placed on the National Register of Historic places in 1988. The bridge was built in 1932 for less than $250,000 (which would have been a butt-load of bank in those days).
