Amazing view of a lower caucus mountain range valley and a tiny little village nestled in it.
As you are driving from Ganja towards Yeni guzulja turn left at:
N 40. 38'26.98
E 46. 14'35.63
If you are driving a lowriding vehicle it may be a difficult road. With out driving it will be quite a long walk. A Lada will have no problem getting you close.
If you are by taxi from Ganja, I have paid anywhere from 10 Azn to 15 Azn to get there (some taxis don't like their cars getting dirty)
