The empty lot with the beautiful oaks has a very large no trespassing sign on it, so stop on the road, and stay on the boulevard, and contemplate whether this is a concrete dump, or the remnants of a homestead from a hundred years ago. The cache is on the boulevard and is winter friendly and kid friendly.
