MUIÑOS DA POZA DA MOURA
De las laderas del Monte Domaio, que se eleva 624 sobre el mar, emerge el pequeño Río Muíño, que se precipita hacia Estrecho de Rande en un descenso vertiginoso, pues su pequeño recorrido desciende casi 500m en tan sólo 3 km. En su zona más vertical burla 200m de caída en un trayecto de otros 200m. Esto hace que se formen bellas cascadas y pozas.
Nunca debemos abandonar el Río Muiño sin visitar la Poza da Moura y sus reconstruídos molinos de agua
Al llegar nos maravillará la Poza da Moura, un pequeño curso del río donde las aguas se detienen unos segundos más de la cuenta. Una fervenza vierte las aguas sobre la citada poza que se convierte en un "jacuzzi" natural con vistas a la Ría. Todo mágico lugar está rodeado de una misteriosa leyenda. Un personaje mitológico gallego como es el de los "mouros e mouras", está presente aquí. Según cuentan, a este lugar llegó un moro con su hermosa hija, la cual se enamoró de un campesino. El padre, contrario a esta relación dió muerte al campesino muy cerca de la poza. La hija, llena de dolor, se hundió en la poza para siempre. Desde entonces, se dice que por las noches se la ve en la orilla, peinándose sus largos cabellos. También dicen que en las noches mágicas como en la de San Xoán, sus lamentos se escuchan en los alrededores.
