The Indianapolis Art Center located in Broad Ripple started in 1934 after the Great Depression to provide employment for artists; the Indianapolis Art Center exhibits the works of both teacher and student. After the events in Ohio and Katrina, the state erected a "100 years" flood wall with retractable steel gates to contain the White River in case it ever began to overflow into Broad Ripple Village. Unfortunately looking at the side the river is on, if the gates ever had to be closed, the cache would stay dry and the Art Center would go under.
Best place to park is the flood wall overflow parking lot. This cache is a lock-top 1-liter box which may be a quick park and grab for some and a search for others. It will have toys and such in it since those are the best! I’ve tried to find unique places to hide, so be kind and place it back where it was found.
