A well placed cache along the Finger Lakes Trail.
Our cache will bring you to a spot along the Onondaga Trail section of the Finger Lakes Trail. The cache site rests along the west side of the Deruyter State Forest. Parking areas along the trail can now be found at each side of the valley here, The hike won't get much flatter than from here to Arab Hill as the trail uses Dam road and has the other parking area near the spillway. The posted coords below are for the parking area on the east side of the valley. The Onondaga trail can be easy to identify by it's blue blazing. So go take a hike.
