This is on the side of a walking path and is within a hide that requires a bit of unusual attention. To retrieve the cache without taking about 5ltrs of water with you (this is a maximum - damp conditions will probably require less) will be impossible (without breaking the hide - please don't!).
This cache is a classic film tube one but with a twist lid. You DO NOT have to walk into or on the private field on the down side of the bank, and there are plenty of places to leave a bike or a bicycle. To find the cache and it is NOT on private property, in fact you should have some good cover while looking for it.
