Geocache Description:

This cache has been placed for the SNCITO and GEO Picnic events which begin at 8:00 AM on April 24, 2010.

Anyone searching for the cache before then risks copious amounts of public ridicule!

To find this Letterbox hybrid, you need to make your way to the posted coordinates by going to the Cass Bridge Conservation Area. Please do not park on the road (Hwy 31), as this will only make it more difficult to get to the cache.

From the posted location (where reception may be a bit dodgy ) make your way along the riverbank between the river and the farmer's field for a bit less than 200 metres. The direction of travel should be obvious. There you will find the cache perched high in a tree that was likely damaged in the ice storm of 1998. As this is a letterbox cache, you will find a stamp and a stamp pad. Please leave these in the cache with the log book.

Be careful as there are some trees with nasty thorns along the way, and there will also likely be wild parsnip in the summer.

Good luck and have fun!
