Location is easy to get to. A good grab and go as you travel. Located along the Journey through Hallowed Ground.
The cache is a small lock top plastic container. The cache was placed to give the Little Mermaid a starting point for her journey. Initial contents were the Little Mermaid Travel Bug, 4 Twist-up crayons, 2 Spiderman balls and some Avon samples.
