This cache is in the Daniel Boone Conservation Area. It is not very far off of a trail that may be slightly overgrown. Please be aware that mosquitoes, ticks and poison ivy could be an issue in warmer weather. Hunting is also allowed in this area, so be aware of this, especially during deer and turkey seasons. The area is closed during the hours of 10pm to 4am unless you are camping.
This cache started with a few swag and a travelcase geocoin. It is a small container, but will hold several swag items and would love to pass on traveling coins and bugs!
I have permission from the Missouri Department of Conservation to place this cache.
Congrats to firefighterzero for FTF. I wasn't sure until I visited the log and found out that my relatives actually logged the ftf, but they don't count since they are not geocachers and they were just logging it for fun.
Watch out for poison ivy in the summer! There is quite a bit at the entrance to the conservation area, then it is clear after the gate.
